A great Thanksgiving!

We finally had our Thanksgiving. As I mentioned before, we celebrated on Friday. Everyone pitched in. Mary hosted us, having made wonderful h'orderves, salad, broccoli, creamed corn and rolls. Gene and Kelly made the mashed potatoes and gravy. We brought the turkey, cheese cake, pumpkin slices, cheese slices and apple pie. My brother Chuck joined us along with Momo! We had a wonderful time.

Look at this wonderful New York style cheese cake! Gene loves making his mom's recipe!

We had a new game to play. It was the "24" board game. There was really nothing to do with the board, it was all via the DVD. It was a fun game...but we had a hard time getting anywhere! We didn't save the world like Jack Bauer would have, but we had fun trying.

All in all a wonderful Thanksgiving and a swift beginning to the Christmas season. Does it feel like it is all coming too quickly? And that it is hard to enjoy?

Enjoy this Holiday season!

God bless us every one!
