Gifts from afar....

I think giving gifts is the funnest thing! (Probably why I won't ever be rich....I give it all away...probably an Irish thing, instead of drinking I blow all my money on gifts for others...is that bad?)

Earlier this week I came home from work and found a big box waiting at my door. But, that is not a surprise since I do most of my shopping, (and by most I mean 98%) on line. Then I noticed it was from my dear friend Marti. And even better, after goading her about not sending me her famous Creme de Vie, she added a bottle of it and it didn't spill or arrive broken. What I especially like about it is the red bottle. It appears her son made it....I wonder, did he want to make it or did she say....."make this for Pam, she is driving me crazy". What a great treat Adam! Thanks! I love this time of year. I haven't gotten my yearly 6 week respiratory illness. I wonder if it is because of stopping the Betaseron? I did get my yearly Pomegranate jelly done, which I sent promptly to Marti (which is why I goad her about her sending me her Creme de Vie). Tonight I have my peanut and maybe I can get part of my lasagna done......or, maybe I will just play with her.

Gene-
Literally translated it is the Cream of Life. Or Cuban Egg Nog. Impossibly sweet and tasty with a hint of rum added, as a preservative, of course. =D
Pam-
I'm so glad it arrived safely. You'll love it! =D
