By now you read my blog and know a few things about me. First, you read I'm a Christian. Then you figure out I have Multiple Sclerosis. Next you see I have a long time friend, Marti, who is very creative. You see I have a happy family life and just adore my granddaughter. If you are paying close attention, you will see I love Disneyland! ;D

My friend Marti has made the big time! She has a wonderful new book featuring recipes and stories from her blog. There are beautiful pictures and you get such a great feeling reading about her family.




I recommend this book!

I personally love the Arroz Con Pollo recipe. I make it quite a lot. It never tastes as good as hers, but I do try, after all, I'm not Cuban, I'm Irish!
