It's the busy days before Thanksgiving. There is always so much to do. I woke up this morning and dragged my body out of bed. I can definitely feel the toll on my body from the stress. I was stiff and sluggish. I went into the living room and heard my coffee click on. My husband, Mr. Incredible, is busily putting along. He had my water boiling, had the press pot waiting, walked by with cleaning products. He then promptly cleaned both bathrooms, mopped the bedroom floor (we have tile). Now I hear the kitchen pots clanging together. I am guessing he is working on breakfast. I have just finished my press pot coffee, Peets Arabian Mocha Java.
My husband is so wonderful. He has taken on so many of my "jobs" since I was diagnosed with Multiple Sclerosis. He truly is Mr. Incredible. He prepares 3 messages a week for the church, works as a chaplain volunteer with the Lemoore Police and keeps our home running smoothly. As I finish my Scottish oatmeal, I realize how truly blessed I am. I love you Gene! Thanks for everything!
