Gene and Kelly gave us a Disneyland rose! Just this week it bloomed! It is so beautiful! Apparently it missed the heat wave this past month and the blooms appeared unburned. I thought I might have seen a few aphids, but thought we fed it (and debugged) just a few weeks ago. We decided to try the lady bug fix....

we have a rose bush and usually i spray the aphids off with water but the other day i went out and found tons of ladybugs devouring the tiny things...awesome.
